What your gift does

Four programs. One path out of crisis.

Each program meets a real need today and builds toward independence tomorrow — meals open the door, training builds the future, and community holds it all together.

A story from the field

María found a table with her name on it

“My children ask on Tuesday if it’s SALA day yet. It’s the one day I know I don’t have to figure out dinner alone.” — María, 31

She crossed from Venezuela with two children and one bag. The first thing Medellín gave her that didn’t run out was a hot meal — every single week.

The next door we open — together

A safe home for 15 mothers and their children

When leaving danger means sleeping on the street, “get out” isn’t advice. The TIKVA Care Shelter is a 4-month path from crisis to independence: stabilize, train, find work, move on.
