Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 2026

TIKVA (“we”, “us”) operates tikva.ngo. We collect as little personal information as we can while still serving you well. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Newsletter & prayer letter signups: your name and email address, sent directly to Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), which stores and processes our mailing list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Contact messages: the name, email, and message you choose to send us.
  • Site analytics: we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) to understand how the site is used. You can opt out with browser tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Donations

Donations are processed entirely by Church Center / Planning Center on behalf of our fiscal sponsor, New Hope Community Church (Clovis, California). This website never sees or stores your payment details. Donation receipts and giving records are handled by New Hope Community Church; their privacy practices and Planning Center’s privacy policy apply to that data.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
  • We don’t send spam — you’ll only receive what you signed up for.
  • We don’t publish identifying details of the women and children we serve; story names and details are changed to protect privacy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email at the link in its footer, and you can ask us to delete your contact information at any time by emailing hello@tikva.ngo.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
